Common elements and Objectives of the Webinars

Industry Best Practices

PASSUR’s subject matter experts (SME), with backgrounds in aviation operations, finance, environment, air traffic management, systems automation, and data visualization (to name a few), share their “hard won” experience and detailed knowledge of how to achieve specific operational and business objectives (for example, managing traffic during a runway construction closure, or maximizing arrival capacity during busy summer convective season).

Customer Case Studies

PASSUR customers provide real-world examples of how they’ve applied and adapted best practices to their operating and business environment – what works, what doesn’t work, and how to continuously improve.

Product Training

An essential part of each Webinar is a review of how PASSUR’s technology helps our customers achieve their objectives – not just what buttons to push, but which metrics to target and how to measure success.

Change Management

Introducing new practices and technology requires an understanding of your current work flow and business practices, and what has to change in your organization in order to get the maximum benefit from these new tools. Our Webinars always pay attention to what you and your organization will do differently, and how to make sure that is as seamless as possible.

Each Webinar includes a PASSUR Subject Matter Expert teamed with one or more experts from our customer base, joined in some cases by experts from industry stakeholder groups.  For more information about joining one of our upcoming webinars, email us at sales@passur.com.
