A key way to improve the connecting of passengers and their bags is for airlines to know exactly when the aircraft will arrive. Today, airlines don’t have exact arrival information – and as such, very expensive decisions – and decisions affecting the welfare of their customers – are being made with less-than-perfect information.

Data

• Airlines can enhance gate, flight, reservation and baggage systems with the PASSUR flight status data feed, to provide the most accurate ETAs throughout the entire airline (see chart below).

Software

• PASSUR Portal™ provides a dashboard application of all aircraft arrivals viewable from any airline web-accessed computer.
• PASSUR FlightPerform™ and PASSUR inSight™ provide the ability to visualize incoming aircraft just as ATC see incoming aircraft. There is no comparable visualization product.
