Aviation Technical Systems SME
Former FAA senior manager with extensive experience managing key systems and programs at the FAA Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC), including Manager/Quality Assurance and Training, Manager of System Operations Programs, National Operations Manager, and National Traffic Management Officer. Extensive experience leading major air traffic automation programs, including Enhanced Traffic Management System (ETMS), Aircraft Situational Display to Industry (ASDI), Traffic Flow Management Systems (TFMS), Select Control Departure Time (SCDT), and Traffic Management User Group.
Airline SOC Systems and Financial Analysis SME
Former COO of a global charter airline; leadership positions at two top 5 US carriers, including Managing Director of Operational Effectiveness, with oversight of major SOC automation upgrade in Flight Planning, System and Operations Management Systems; VP Crew and Performance Analysis (performance engineering, operations analysis, crew resources and scheduling, and schedule optimization). Additional experience as VP of airline’s Customer Service Planning, with implementation of airport self-service technology and luggage scanning system; VP of joint venture with oversees carrier responsible for marketing, finance and operations; and Director, Sales Development and Analysis.
Airline SOC Operations SME
Former FAA command center controller, Traffic Management Office, and a former director of ATC Operations for of a top 5 US airline. Extensive experience analyzing airline SOC business processes and technology needs, as well as developing airline/airport/FAA collaborative programs and platforms.
Air Traffic Management SME (director)
Former senior manager in New York TRACON with extensive experience in all aspects of complex air and ground traffic operations. Extensive experience working with technology partners, while at FAA, in developing and implementing delay reduction, airspace efficiency, and collaborative decision making programs. Extensive experience implementing SOC technology and process improvement for diversion management and airspace optimization for PASSUR customers, and architecting integrated traffic management solutions for PASSUR. Former army helicopter pilot.
Air Traffic Management SME
Air Traffic Flow Management specialist with a background in air traffic control procedures and traffic flow management modernization. Extensive experience as National Operations Manager at FAA commend center (ATCSCC), operational lead overseeing all daily aspects of National Air Space (NAS); member of award-winning O’Hare Modernization Plan (OMP) working group.
Flight Operations SME (director)
Airline Transport Pilot, once flying for a major airline as a B767 pilot. Holds FAA Airline Transport Pilot Rating in Turbojets and Helicopters, accumulating over 9000 hours of accident and incident free flight, with over 20 years of aviation experience from the military, corporate, and commercial aerospace industries. Airplane qualifications include the GV, GIV, Challenger 604, Falcon 2000, Boeing 757 and Boeing 767 aircraft. Manages and serves as Pilot-in-Command of a Gulfstream aircraft, with extensive international travel to numerous parts of the world on a regular basis, including Europe and Asia. Former army helicopter pilot.
Technology Analysis and Implementation SME
Former senior technology advisor and managing director of major technology investment firm. Extensive experience implementing distributed computing architecture for global business operations. Extensive work advising on strategy and guidance for emerging technology trends. Combines high-level business and technology backgrounds.
Data Visualization, Human Factors, and Interactive Graphical Interface SME
Senior architect of interactive design and technology for aviation (traffic management), financial services, pharmaceutical, education communications, museum, and media sectors. Pioneering and award-winning developer of advanced data visualization systems and alternative graphical user interfaces (GUI).
Aviation Data Technology SME
Senior scientist with extensive experience analyzing and managing complex aviation data, and developing software code to manipulate the data to achieve business goals. Extensive experience building computer models for optimizing airline operational methodologies, such as departure sequencing, landing slots, and 4D de-confliction models, with financial metrics as key determining factors. S.M., E.E., and Sc.D degrees in Electrical Engineering.
Airport Business/Finance SME
Senior aviation business analyst with extensive experience in airline and airport finances and business administration. Implemented resource and schedule management programs as Analyst at a top 5 US airline, and aviation revenue programs as Analyst at a top 10 US airport. Extensive experience analyzing airline flight operations, fleet and schedule data for financial models.
Airline Large Hub Operations and Systems SME
Former airline large hub operations and customer service manager (30+ years), with pioneering work in developing systems and business processes for key operational functions.
