Pulse Landing Fee Management

A comprehensive program designed to increase revenue capture, spread fees equitably, and reduce costs for all involved.

The PASSUR Landing Fee Program is designed to increase revenue capture, spread fees equitably, and reduce costs for all involved.

This comprehensive solution allows airports to efficiently audit, bill and manage airport landing fees online with complete accuracy and fairness.

There are three options available for airports. All combine Web software and PASSUR professional services.

One-time audit

PASSUR professionals review two months of landing fee self-reports, provide detailed analysis of shortfalls and opportunities, and recommend changes to your existing process.

Audit module

After completing a one-time audit, PASSUR professionals set up and train your airport staff on our Web-based audit module so they can conduct more accurate and efficient audits and reconciliations going forward.

Proactive billing module

This complete software module eliminates airline self-reporting in favor of airport generated online landing fee reports and invoices. It includes PASSUR’s assistance in implementing the program with an airport’s carriers.

Unique elements of the PASSUR Landing Fee Program

  • PASSUR international radar network and unique integrated flight and airspace activity database: single location for all relevant landing-fee information.
  • Unmatched experience of landing fee professionals in analyzing each airport’s unique landing fee challenges, and assisting in program implementation.
  • Unique, patent-pending system of validating landings to ensure the most complete, accurate and detailed reports – while ensuring flight activity “noise” (overflights, radar anomalies, poorly processed diversions) are not included. Result: maximum confidence in the final report. Includes the unique PASSUR weight validation process: each landed weight is certified by tail number.
  • Small footprints: all software is Web accessed and bought through subscriptions – no capital spending or intervention from Airport IT required.
