Flight Deck Uplinks

PASSUR's new flight deck capability allows ATC coordinators and dispatchers to share the predictive analysis and alerts they already receive on PASSUR dashboards directly with pilots through an automated messaging process that formats PASSUR content specifically for distribution on flight deck communications systems. Critical information relating to operational decisions such as diversions and estimated times of arrival can now be selected and immediately uplinked to the flight deck via this new channel. This solution provides for greater efficiency, communication, and collaboration with the cockpit, while maintaining the critical role of dispatch and ATC coordinators.

The uplink capability was specifically designed to increase the collaboration between AOC's and the flight crews on a common operating platform so that the rich decision support information available to the ground operation is also available to the flight crew.

The first version of the flight deck uplink capability is available now as part of the PASSUR Diversion Management module.
