Meridian Teterboro Signs PASSUR FBO Contract; Full Service Facility Sees an Even Greater Customer Service Advantage with PASSUR

Greenwich, CT, November 17, 2006 — Megadata Corporation (OTC: MDTA) announced today that Meridian Teterboro has signed an agreement for PASSUR® FBO, to include PASSUR Portal™, Pulse™, and PASSUR inSight™ to manage operations and marketing.
