AMSTAT AND Megadata Sign Marketing Agreement

Greenwich, CT, and Tinton Falls, NJ, September 24, 2007 — Megadata Corporation (OTC: MDTA.OB), the leading provider of information solutions for aviation, and AMSTAT Inc., the leading source for worldwide corporate aircraft fleet, operator and market information, announced today that the two companies have entered into an exclusive marketing agreement whereby AMSTAT owner/operator information will be incorporated into select PASSUR products. The combined product offering, to be integrated in the PASSUR® FBO™ software suite, provides a new level of sophistication and value to the FBO marketplace.

The new marketing agreement provides for the instant correlation of radar-based flight activity with AMSTAT owner/operator information exclusively through the PASSUR FBO suite of software. Existing AMSTAT software tools will remain available through the AMSTAT marketing and sales group.
