Orlando International Airport Contracts for PASSUR Arrival Management System; The Most Accurate Arrival Information Available on the Market

Greenwich, CT, December 1, 2006 — Megadata Corporation (OTC: MDTA) announced today that The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority has contracted for PASSUR RightETA™, an information feed of PASSUR Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA’s), which will be incorporated into all of Orlando Airport’s flight information display systems (FIDS).

“We were looking for a system to provide accurate and timely flight information, which are the keys to supplying a high level of customer service for our travelers and the community,” says Parker McClellan, Senior Director of Airports for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. “We expect this service to help us meet our goal.”

“With the purchase of our RightETA product, Orlando Airport is demonstrating the importance of distributing accurate information throughout the entire airport enterprise; we’re pleased we can continue to provide value to their first-class operation,” said Jim Barry, Megadata’s President and CEO.

RightETA™ is one of a suite of information and software subscription products provided to airports, and has been demonstrated to be the most accurate ETA available in the market. The PASSUR ETA is derived from algorithms which are fed by multiple data sources in real time, including flight position information from the network of PASSUR radar systems installed throughout the country. It is calculated by tracking multiple real-time metrics of the target flight as well as other nearby aircraft in the surrounding airspace, along with current and historic airspace conditions, resulting in an unmatched predictive capability. There is no equivalent product on the market today.
