TAG Aviation, A Leading Aviation Management Company Signs PASSUR Contract; Integrating PASSUR Flight, Airspace and Airport Visualization Software

Greenwich, CT, January 22, 2007 — Megadata Corporation (OTC: MDTA) announced today that TAG Aviation, one of the largest aviation management companies, has signed an agreement for multiple PASSUR products, to include PASSUR Portal™ and PASSUR inSight™.

“We’re experiencing record growth at TAG, and providing superior service to our customers is a critical part of that success; PASSUR’s solutions provide us information that clearly helps us improve and differentiate the value we offer to our customers,” said Paul Class, Vice President of TAG’s Charter Sales and Flight Coordination. Added Brent Moldowan, head of TAG’s US Operations Dispatch: “When using PASSUR products, you can immediately see the difference from other tools…from holding alerts, to ATC delays, to making decisions on a missed approach, the PASSUR solutions provide a host of information that allows our important passengers in the back of the plane to be served with better information from our flight and ground operations teams.”

“TAG is an industry leader and we’re pleased we can address their requirements with tools that have been honed, and are currently used by, the leading airlines in the world, but targeted to TAG’s and charter operators’ specific requirements,” said Jim Barry, President and CEO of Megadata, which owns PASSUR.

PASSUR Portal is at the heart of the PASSUR Collaborative Decision Making approach, providing an instant, live snapshot of vital operational information on a “web dashboard” of multiple information sets derived from the one-of-a-kind PASSUR database, and tools for instant information sharing and communication among all users. Portal is the main access point for all other PASSUR web services.

PASSUR inSight is the only web-based flight following program that combines national en route flight tracking with precision, terminal-area tracking from the PASSUR network of radar, along with a next-generation graphics engine for real-time tracking and aircraft movement, and the renowned PASSUR ETA.
