PASSUR Aerospace Reports Revenue Increases of 23% for 2nd Quarter and 22% for First Six Months of Fiscal 2009

Greenwich, CT — PASSUR Aerospace, Inc announced total revenues for second quarter 2009 were up approximately 23% to $2,344,000, compared to $1,903,000 in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Net profit was $27,000 or $.01 per share in the second quarter ended April 30, 2009, compared to a net profit of $127,000 or $.02 per share in the same quarter of fiscal 2008.

Total revenues for first six months of fiscal 2009 were up approximately 22% to $4,421,000 compared to $3,610,000 in the same period of the previous fiscal year. For the six months ending April 30, 2009, the company had a net profit of $103,000 or $.02 per share, compared to a net profit of $279,000 or $.05 per share in the same period of fiscal 2008.
